Rescheduling Policy

A Sense of Peace asks that you respectfully give a 24 hour notice of cancellation by calling  360.621.2925.

We charge full price for all missed sessions.   Cancelling of an appointment with less than 24 hours or failure to attend a scheduled appointment with the intent on redeeming a gift certificate will result in the forfeiting of that certificate.

People who have cancelled on us at the last minute or have failed to show up for a scheduled appointment will be asked to guarantee future appointments with a credit card.

 

We do understand emergencies and illnesses do occur. If you have a fever, have been in the hospital, have been vomiting or have diarrhea within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or it begins a couple of hours prior to your scheduled session, or your children are ill and need you at home, please cancel. There will be no charge for these types of cancellations.

Arriving late 

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session, however we will do our best to satisfy the scheduled time.
